Who are we?

Did you know the Middle Class used to thrive and rule America back in the day after World War ? This was a time when being part of this socio-economic population was a blessing and a guarantee for a cushy and promising existence.

Well, if you are a baby-boomer then you are aware of that. Maybe you even have fond memories of these long-gone days.

But things have changed since the late 80's... Being part of the Middle Class nowadays implies credit card debt, out of control mortgage payments and unhealthy job-hopping.

MiddleClassCrunch.com is an interactive think-tank for all of us Middle Class people who strive to better our financial lives. The solutions are plentiful and being creative in our times can tremendously help... but to succeed in that endeavor, we must channel our energy and gather our resources.

Fabien

Fabien Teulieres grew up in the South of France. When ripe enough he moved to Paris and spent his best years in the French capital's corporate world. Then he decided to trade his beloved croissants for donuts and moved to USA early in 2005. He has since been enjoying a career as a software engineer in Los Angeles, California. On the side, he likes to speak his mind and gets a kick of everything that deals with finances and investment.

Seylom

A native from Africa, Seylom Ayivi-Guedehoussou is the youngest of the Middle Class Crunch crew. Still, he is an authentic world traveller and has called many places home, both in Africa and Europe, before choosing to settle down in Los Angeles, California to put his mind to new projects and live new adventures. His multicultural background provides him with a fresh perspective and out-of-the-box insight about the life of the middle class and what the crunch means on different continents. He's a wizard on a computer, which, in the 21st Century, never hurts. And he can dance, too. Some people are annoying like that.

Keith

Keith Banks hails from Detroit, Michigan, and is without a doubt the most experienced member of the Middle Class Crunch team. He has a true love for investment strategies and started studying the markets when he was 21. From then on he won some and lost some, but most importantly, he learned big time from it all. Always resourceful and never at a loss for ideas whatever the situation is, Keith could write a survival manual about how to stand tall in a raging financial storm.

David Harriman

Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, David Harriman spends his time thinking, speaking and breathing insurance. When it comes to personal and commercial lines insurance, he's truly the master. When it comes to sports requiring speed and agility, he's not.
Occasionally he'll find time to pull himself out of the office to experience his second love; the outdoors. If you're lucky enough, maybe you'll run into him on your next camping or hiking trip. If you're unlucky, maybe you'll run into him at the beach... our apologies in advance.
